Administer, configure, troubleshoot, deploy, and sustain enterprise endpoint-security capabilities, primarily using Elastic Defend. Manage policies, agents, alerting, logging, reporting, documentation, vulnerability and compliance support, and cybersecurity tool integrations. Collaborate with cyber, systems engineering, infrastructure, and mission teams while supporting Elastic engineering projects, modernization, technical documentation, and mission-critical Department of War cybersecurity operations.

Designs, implements, and manages private, public, and hybrid cloud infrastructure for the Missile Defense Agency. Responsibilities include cloud migration, provider selection, capacity planning, scaling, security, compliance, automation, disaster recovery, fault tolerance, monitoring, testing, and roadmap development. The engineer collaborates with stakeholders and platform operations teams to operationalize technology solutions and troubleshoot infrastructure issues.

Leads the COBRA DANE Operations and Sustainment program, overseeing contract operations, geographically distributed teams, customer and government interfaces, cost, schedule, staffing, risk, technical and contract performance. Manages reporting, subcontractors, suppliers, contract changes, resource planning, and issue resolution while supporting mission readiness and classified USSF operations.
