Teams at Ambrook

Manage cross-functional programs spanning Denver office placemaking, events, recruiting, design operations, research, tech enablement, and special projects. Coordinate vendors, supplies, access, events, customer research, candidate experiences, software onboarding, and AI-enabled process improvements. Serve as a founder’s associate by organizing priorities, preparing meetings, and driving initiatives to completion. The role is based in the Denver office at least four days per week and includes travel across Colorado and occasionally nationwide.

Own interview scheduling and candidate communications across all active hiring pipelines. Maintain Ashby stages, interview plans, templates, and feedback; coordinate interviewer panels; produce weekly recruiting reports; and improve processes through documentation, automation, and AI workflows. The role partners closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver a smooth candidate experience and build scalable recruiting operations.

Develop and evolve Ambrook’s brand across digital and physical formats, including websites, campaigns, email, editorial, merchandise, events, and product experiences. Shape narratives, create prototypes and finished work, direct external creatives and vendors, maintain Figma and Sanity brand systems, and build scalable templates and Claude Skills. Collaborate across Marketing, Product Design, and other teams while managing projects, deadlines, and ambiguity.
