Leads development of complex digital, mixed-signal, RF, and communications hardware from concept through production. Designs circuits and multilayer PCBs, performs signal and power integrity analyses, develops verification strategies, conducts board bring-up and validation, resolves technical issues, and supports manufacturing transition. Collaborates with software, mechanical, manufacturing, and systems teams while mentoring junior engineers and maintaining engineering standards.

Leads mechanical design projects from concept through testing, including trade studies, CAD designs, BOMs, drawings, calculations, tolerance analysis, prototypes, and documentation. Provides technical leadership to mechanical engineering teams, defines work breakdown structures, tracks schedule and budget, manages technical risks, supports regulatory compliance, and leads design reviews.

Leads systems engineering across aerospace and defense projects, developing requirements, architectures, use cases, interface documents, trade studies, risk analyses, and verification plans. Builds system models using traditional documentation tools and MBSE platforms, supports design reviews, integration, configuration control, and customer communication. Provides technical leadership, project estimates, sales support, temporary project management, scope monitoring, and mentorship for junior engineers.
