Design, develop, and maintain low-level embedded control software for automated equipment. Collaborate with cross-disciplinary engineers, create technical specifications and user documentation, debug hardware-level code, and define software test procedures. Support integration with machine hardware and industrial controls.

Design mechanical parts, assemblies, and sheet metal components from concept to production. Perform engineering analysis, specify pumps/motors, plan prototypes, document CAD/BOM/ECNs, support production/service, run FEA/FMEA, and lead projects as needed while collaborating cross-functionally.

Design electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control panels for car wash equipment; specify PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, motors, sensors; ensure NEC and UL compliance; collaborate with mechanical engineers; support manufacturing with build documentation and troubleshooting; develop and execute electrical testing, validation, and failure analysis.
