As Lead Product Designer, you will create user-centric designs for alternative asset management, collaborating with cross-functional teams and evolving the design system.

The Customer Experience Representative engages collectors, providing assistance via chat, email, and phone support. They resolve inquiries, document interactions, collaborate with teams, and gather feedback to improve customer experience.

Build and own Alt's accounting function: run end-to-end monthly close, convert to full US GAAP accrual, own revenue recognition and chart of accounts, manage external audit and tax compliance, handle AP/AR and reconciliations, integrate GL with source data (Snowflake), manage outsourced accounting and scale the team over time.
