Designs and builds scalable cloud-based data pipelines and enterprise data platform features on Azure/Databricks. Leads technical design, mentors engineers, ensures data quality and governance, supports migration from on-prem data warehouse to cloud, and enables AI/LLM solutions for clinical and operational use cases.

Lead and execute business development in senior-care settings as a player-coach: own key partner accounts and enrollment targets, build and coach a team of community liaisons, develop territory and growth strategy, align with clinical operations, and track pipeline, enrollment, and retention metrics.

Provide primary and post-acute medical care to residents across assisted living, skilled nursing, memory care and group homes. Flexible full- or part-time schedule with alternating-call structure. Compensation is wRVU-based with a $275,000+ target and additional per-call pay. Geriatric experience preferred.
