Handle inbound customer phone inquiries for account services, online/mobile banking assistance, routine account maintenance, research and resolve issues, liaise with other bank departments, and perform requested account documentation (statements, check copies).

Supervises and supports a Payment Operations team handling wire and digital payments, ensuring compliance, training staff, maintaining procedures, monitoring risk, assisting with transactions and audits, and acting as backup to other supervisors. Manages staffing, sets goals, escalates issues, and participates in projects to maintain efficient, accurate payment operations.

Handles inbound customer calls at a bank branch, assisting with account inquiries, transfers, stop payments, check verification, and account maintenance. Provides Online and Mobile Banking support (enrollment, Bill Pay, eStatements, mobile deposits), researches and resolves issues, prints statements/check copies, and liaises with other departments.
