Requires strong financial analysis, communication, organization, and customer relationship skills, along with a bachelor's degree and Colorado driver's license.

The Communications Coordinator writes, edits, and reviews enterprise communications across advertising, digital, print, video, public relations, and internal channels. The role stewards brand voice and standards, supports campaigns and crisis communications, conducts content research, and collaborates with marketing, design, compliance, and leadership. Responsibilities include copyediting, message strategy, promotional alignment, and enforcing consistent communications across departments. The position requires on-site attendance at least three days weekly after training, with hybrid flexibility and occasional travel.

Participates in a year-long banking officer training program covering teller transactions, new accounts, back-office operations, compliance, fraud, electronic banking, loan operations, mortgage services, credit analysis, and lending. Provides customer service, develops leadership and communication skills, supports bank growth goals, and travels to various bank locations. Successful completion of all program phases may lead to promotion to banking officer.
