Build Alpaca's algo trading platform with a focus on high quality and performance. Implement systems, optimize for low latency, and develop trading-related software. Requires deep knowledge in software engineering, especially for trading or exchange systems.

Design and develop the data management layer, focusing on scalability and integration for extensive data processing, while collaborating with various teams.

Manage daily crypto customer activity and trading operations, including executions, exceptions, account onboarding/KYC, cash management, and general ledger reconciliation. Support AML investigations, drive process improvements, communicate with partners, and handle ad-hoc projects within a distributed, remote team working core hours around 9am–5pm PT.
