Assist with developing US federal and commercial proposals responding to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs. Research solicitation requirements, ensure compliance, collaborate with subject matter experts and technical teams, maintain templates and boilerplate content, and edit proposals for clarity, consistency, and persuasiveness while managing multiple deadlines.

Leads compliant technical proposal development for US government opportunities, translating complex IT solutions into clear, compelling customer-focused narratives. Collaborates with capture leads, proposal managers, solution architects, subject matter experts, and account teams; conducts interviews, develops technical approaches, manages reviews and quality control, and builds reusable content repositories. Requires strong writing, organizational, strategic planning, and communication skills, along with technical understanding and proficiency in office and presentation software.
