Administer Adobe Creative Cloud licensing, Admin Console, and user provisioning. Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for Creative Cloud apps. Support Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform administration, governance, and user enablement. Partner with security/compliance on generative AI and content protection policies, manage deployments and identity integration, monitor service health, create runbooks and documentation, and deliver training and support.

Create comprehensive estimates for 1st- and 3rd-party auto material damage claims, negotiate with body shops, document file activities, process settlements within authority limits, and ensure regulatory compliance and policy understanding while managing a claims diary in a fully virtual role.

Lead product discovery, define strategy and roadmaps, manage and prioritize product backlogs, author/test/accept user stories, define success metrics, engage customers for feedback, validate assumptions through experiments, and coordinate go-to-market and stakeholder communications.
