Represents insured individuals and Allstate in bodily injury, property damage, subrogation, and financial cases. Conducts hearings, trials, arbitrations, mediations, depositions, and motion practice. Provides legal counsel to business clients, manages substantial caseloads, coordinates with legal teams, and evaluates new laws, regulations, and case law. The role is remote but requires travel throughout Colorado for court appearances.

Investigates and adjusts complex automobile claims, determining coverage, liability, damages, subrogation, and fraud potential. Negotiates settlements within authority, handles complex injury and property damage claims, recommends process improvements, and applies advanced insurance policy knowledge. Provides coaching, mentoring, and direction to junior employees while supporting claims quality, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. The role requires compliance with insurance licensing restrictions and does not include formal supervisory duties.

Leads an engineering team responsible for designing, building, and operating data security products and controls. Provides technical direction, hands-on engineering leadership, and delivery ownership across DLP policy, data discovery and classification, data access controls, policy-as-code workflows, automation, integrations, testing, deployment, reliability, and operational support. Translates data security requirements into scalable solutions while mentoring engineers and driving adoption of secure engineering practices.
