The Technical Support Engineer II will triage support cases, lead customer discovery conversations, gather technical evidence, and resolve straightforward issues while maintaining ticket hygiene and documentation.

Lead and grow a portfolio of channel partners within the Banking vertical by developing joint GTM plans, co-selling with partners and sales teams, managing pipeline and KPIs, building executive relationships, representing Alloy at industry events, and driving revenue, product adoption, and partner satisfaction.
