Teams at Allegion

Own the technical operation and governance of Allegion’s shared design system, including GitHub workflows, coded component releases, Figma synchronization, accessibility, defect resolution, documentation, and AI-assisted development workflows. Lead one to three direct reports, coordinate with product and engineering teams, define system health metrics, and drive adoption and reusable component architecture across web and mobile products.

Manage Oracle cycle count procedures, schedules, ABC classification, inventory adjustments, and physical, WIP, and controlled-stores counts. Investigate and reconcile discrepancies involving BOM errors, missing transactions, and backflush issues. Maintain inventory documentation, support audits and root-cause analysis, track program metrics, and collaborate with production, finance, quality, and engineering teams. Cross-train across material areas while following plant safety, 5S, and material-handling requirements.

Participate in software systems engineering projects spanning mobile, cloud, and IoT-enabled hardware. Responsibilities include eliciting and defining software requirements, contributing to interface control documents, collaborating with cross-functional product development engineers, implementing solutions, and improving engineering processes. The internship provides hands-on experience with systems integration, AWS/Azure infrastructure, DevOps, and connected security devices.
