Lead end-to-end UX for Digital Order Management: define experience strategy, run and synthesize user research, produce journeys, flows, wireframes and prototypes, track post-release KPIs, collaborate with product and engineering, maintain opportunity backlogs, mentor designers, and explore AI-assisted design to improve product outcomes.

Lead design, implementation, administration and optimization of Oracle EBS R12 databases on Exadata. Ensure availability, performance, backup/recovery, security, automation, cloning, monitoring (OEM), and DR. Provide technical leadership, documentation, runbooks, on-call support, cross-team coordination, and mentor other DBAs while driving automation and architecture reviews.
