Join the AI Transformation team to co-develop and productionize the Elixir AI platform: implement runtimes, retrieval/memory, multi-model routing, observability, secure multi-tenant features, event-driven agents, and productize FDE-built solutions while partnering with stakeholders and shipping high-quality production software.

Lead complex PMO transformation and governance initiatives across CXG Services. Drive process modernization, change management, implementation methodology evolution, and cross-functional coordination. Develop executive reporting, performance metrics, and scalable operational practices while mentoring contributors and advising leaders to improve delivery effectiveness and organizational scalability.

Manage and deliver SaaS product implementations by creating and maintaining project schedules, tracking milestones and risks, coordinating cross-functional teams, handling client configuration and inquiries, monitoring sprint progress, mentoring junior PMs, and improving PSO processes to ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and budget.
