The Operations Specialist will provide operational support, prepare presentations, coordinate events, design reports, and ensure compliance activities within a healthcare organization.

Lead end-to-end onboarding and EHR optimization for partner practices, managing implementations, data exchange integrations, training, change management, and adoption of value-based care workflows to support Aledade's population health and ACO initiatives.

Perform outbound prospecting (cold calling, email, social selling) to generate and qualify primary care leads; record activity in CRM and Outreach.io; collaborate with sales, meet quotas, and communicate Aledade's value propositions.
