Provide exceptional customer service by resolving technical and non-technical issues through various communication channels, while enhancing product support and learning new software.

Lead technical pre-sales activities including discovery, solution architecture, demos, PoCs, risk identification, RFP/security responses, and handoffs. Advise on integrations, APIs, data workflows, security, and analytics while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to drive enterprise wins.
