Lead delivery of complex AlayaCare Cloud implementations for US customers: manage project plans, risks, scope, training, testing, and adoption. Guide configuration, deliver training (on-site and remote), facilitate AlayaCare University enablement, drive user engagement and satisfaction, and support cross-functional handoffs and team upskilling. Travel as required for on-site work.

Work on professional-services-led SaaS implementations for large enterprise customers: gather requirements, design workflows, configure the platform, test, train users, mitigate risks, produce documentation, and help keep projects on time and on budget.

Guide home and community care customers through EVV activations, billing, and Medicaid compliance. Lead EVV certifications, resolve complex RCM issues, support escalations, validate configurations, deliver training, maintain documentation, and partner with Product and internal teams to improve EVV and revenue cycle workflows.
