Maintain, calibrate, tune, troubleshoot, and repair Agilent GC/MS systems and other laboratory instruments. Diagnose performance issues, perform root-cause analysis, design preventive maintenance programs, keep logs and spare-part inventories, develop SOPs, coordinate OEM service, and provide hands-on training to laboratory staff to support continuous analytical operations.

Lead and perform trace-level chemical analyses, validate and improve analytical methods per ISO/IEC 17025/NELAC, analyze QC data and produce QC/QA reports, troubleshoot methods, serve as SME for organic/inorganic units, and train and mentor laboratory staff.
