Lead and scale a team of full-cycle Account Executives focused on SMB acquisition. Own revenue, pipeline health, deal quality, and execution velocity. Coach AEs on discovery, negotiation, and closing; enforce pipeline discipline, CRM hygiene, and metrics-driven operations. Partner with outbound and cross-functional teams to refine ICPs, improve win rates, and leverage data/AI and sales tools to improve forecasting and deal strategy.

Manage end-to-end travel industry partnerships: identify and pursue new partners, activate and grow partner referrals and revenue, own partner account management, deepen executive relationships, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless partner experience supporting US expansion.

Lead full sales cycle for US SME customers across ecommerce, SaaS, and professional services: prospect, negotiate, close, onboard, and coordinate internal teams. Translate product value, conduct technical and commercial consultations, exceed revenue targets, refine sales processes, and represent Airwallex at events and partner engagements.
