Leads strategic transformation projects, tracks division-wide KPIs, identifies operational waste, and develops cross-functional savings plans. Designs executive dashboards and standardized reporting using operational and financial data. Partners with leaders across operations, finance, sales, and corporate functions to resolve bottlenecks, improve purchasing practices, and drive strategic execution.

Manages and grows existing Airgas customer accounts within an assigned territory. Develops sales plans, qualifies leads, builds consultative customer relationships, prepares proposals, manages pricing and credit terms, monitors competition, and partners with internal teams to achieve profitable growth and retention. The role also manages accounts receivable, promotes vendor-managed inventory services, submits sales reports, and travels locally to customer sites with minimal overnight travel.
