Leads Airbnb’s Technical Education team, overseeing technical bootcamps, EngU and DataU, lunch-and-learns, apprenticeships, and AI skills enablement. Establishes strategy, assesses skill gaps, coaches program staff, partners with stakeholders and vendors, promotes learning culture, and reports outcomes to senior leadership. Requires strong people leadership, technical education expertise, experience design, learning science knowledge, relationship-building, roadmap execution, educational technology familiarity, and data-driven program evaluation.

Build and guide AI developer infrastructure, including agentic coding tools, AI workflow platforms, SDKs, and code migration solutions. Shape technical strategy, make architectural decisions, deliver reliable systems, coach teams on AI adoption, and partner cross-functionally. Responsibilities also include maintaining high engineering standards, continuous experimentation, and participating in on-call rotations for platform components.

Leads advanced analytics for Airbnb’s Community Blueprint Quality team. Responsibilities include diagnosing customer experience issues, designing experiments, applying causal inference, developing metrics, using LLMs to analyze unstructured data, building dashboards and analytical artifacts, and translating complex findings into recommendations for senior leadership. The role partners cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Data Engineering, Operations, and Finance.
