Provide help-desk support and incident management for the Success data conversion project: diagnose software issues, document and prioritize incidents in JIRA, coordinate with DHS program and technical staff, identify root causes, and support system enhancements.

Develop and test COBOL, Natural, and JCL applications to implement four NASWA SIDES exchanges. Support all SDLC phases: requirements analysis, coding, DB2 integration, CICS UI and batch job modifications, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation across legacy mainframe systems.
