Leads Aims Community College’s Business and Technology academic division, overseeing programs, curriculum, accreditation, budgets, grants, scheduling, faculty and staff, strategic planning, and program evaluation. The Dean analyzes workforce and labor-market trends, develops innovative academic offerings, supports student success, manages partnerships, supervises personnel, and represents the College with community, industry, and government stakeholders.
