Aims Community College Benefits Overview

Manages the college’s Accounts Payable function, including invoice and payment processing, reconciliations, reporting, audits, compliance, internal controls, vendor management, and process improvement. Supervises and develops AP staff, researches complex accounting issues, prepares 1099s and tax returns, supports month- and year-end close, processes reimbursements, and ensures adherence to GAAP, GASB, FASB, and applicable governmental regulations.

Manage a portfolio of individual and corporate donors, develop and execute strategic fundraising campaigns, build corporate partnerships, create tailored proposals and contracts, maintain CRM data and reports, support Foundation operations and events, and collaborate with the Executive Director to meet fundraising goals and promote community engagement.
