Lead and develop a procurement team while performing hands-on procurement (~70% of time). Validate orders in Salesforce, place equipment orders via vendor portals and APIs, troubleshoot order issues, manage confirmations, support end-of-period activities, improve processes, participate in hiring/onboarding, and ensure operational governance and customer satisfaction.

Lead and build an Operations Excellence function to centralize operational quality, own issue management across quote-to-cash, drive root cause analysis and corrective actions, define SOPs and automation opportunities, maintain executive reporting and scorecards, and embed continuous improvement and governance across cross-functional teams.

Lead complex data, analytics, AI, and cloud transformation engagements as a trusted advisor: manage delivery, scope, budget, stakeholders, and teams; design scalable data platform solutions; drive business development, mentoring, and practice improvements.
