Provide high-level support to the Chief Legal Officer by managing complex calendars, travel, expenses, and communications; coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Legal, Compliance, Government Affairs, HR, ESG, and Corporate Secretary; support Board and committee meetings end-to-end; prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials; plan leadership events and offsites; track action items and follow up with stakeholders; maintain strict confidentiality and provide occasional in-person support in the New York office.

Lead executive compensation strategy, benchmarking, modeling, and governance for a public company. Build incentive and equity models, prepare proxy disclosures and board materials, partner with Legal/Finance/consultants, and improve reporting and analytics to support executive pay decisions.

Lead development, validation, and optimization of Medicare Advantage revenue and risk-adjustment projection models. Analyze MA data (MMR, MAO-004, claims), assess bidding and rebate impacts, benchmark market performance, collaborate with stakeholders to onboard payers, prepare audit documentation, and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership while growing and managing actuarial talent.
