Draft and maintain templates, negotiate terms, manage post-execution issues, advise on regulatory impacts, coordinate cross-functionally (Finance, IT, Compliance), and support related provider, ACO, and clinical program contracting and legal research.

Manages financial analysts and supports financial planning, operating metric analysis, executive reporting, capital expenditure analysis, strategic decision-making, technical accounting research, process improvement, and departmental projects. Oversees staff responsibilities, evaluates processes, coordinates timelines, and provides financial and accounting analysis for operational and strategic needs.
