Support the Chief Legal Officer and Chief People Officer by managing calendars, travel, expenses, communications, executive meetings, Board and committee activities, leadership events, and cross-functional initiatives. Coordinate deliverables, prepare reports and presentations, track action items, and liaise with executives, Board members, and the Corporate Secretary while handling sensitive legal, governance, and personnel information with discretion.

Leads strategic and operational execution across Legal, Compliance, and Government Affairs. Builds procurement and vendor management capabilities, optimizes workflows, manages cross-functional initiatives, and drives process governance and continuous improvement. Oversees CLM and legal technology optimization, AI experimentation, reporting dashboards, change management, playbooks, and operational metrics. Requires strong project management, sourcing, vendor relationship, technology implementation, communication, and organizational skills.

Provide legal support for end-to-end payor and vendor contracting, focusing on Medicare Advantage and value-based care agreements. Draft and maintain templates, negotiate terms, manage post-execution issues, advise on regulatory impacts, coordinate cross-functionally (Finance, IT, Compliance), and support related provider, ACO, and clinical program contracting and legal research.
