Lead design and delivery of end-to-end calibration systems for perception sensors and robot kinematics. Build algorithms, fixtures, on-fixture software, data pipelines, validation, operator workflows, and fleet monitoring. Own fixture software and in-field self-check/recalibration, define downstream manufacturing requirements, and coordinate with vendors and contract manufacturers. Hire, mentor, and develop engineering talent for calibration work.

The Vice President of Strategy & Corporate Development leads strategic initiatives and partners with executives to drive growth and M&A opportunities in humanoid robotics.

Lead technical direction and deliver collision-free motion planning for humanoid robots. Design, implement, test, and deploy trajectory optimization, MPC, and sample-based planners; architect modular planning systems integrated with perception, state estimation, and control; develop algorithms robust to uncertainty; and provide cross-team technical leadership and mentorship.
