Administers leave, accommodations, workers’ compensation, benefits support, workplace compliance, HRIS and LMS processes. Maintains records, coordinates compliance training, supports audits, monitors multi-state employment requirements, answers employee and manager questions, and improves HR workflows and documentation. Partners with HR leadership on escalated matters, workforce planning, culture initiatives, and consistent employee processes.

Lead mechanical design for chemical rocket systems: create concepts, perform hand calculations and CAD designs, conduct structural/thermal/fluid analysis, coordinate design reviews, oversee vendors and manufacturing transitions, develop assembly/test instructions, execute hands-on assembly and testing, analyze data, and drive risk mitigation and cross-functional communication.

Supports onboarding, new hire orientation, I-9 and E-Verify compliance, background checks, HRIS data management, personnel records, audits, offboarding, exit interviews, performance review logistics, LMS administration, and employee engagement initiatives. The role also contributes to process improvement and HR digital transformation in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment.
