Support and maintain quality systems across design, manufacture, and delivery of aerospace propulsion hardware. Perform design reviews, create quality plans and FAIs, manage nonconformances and corrective actions, support supplier/customer quality, conduct audits, track metrics, and drive continuous improvement.

Lead design and development of complex in-space propulsion components for hypergolic rocket engines. Own full lifecycle from concept and hand calculations to CAD, BOMs, vendor selection, testing, risk mitigation, and cross-functional integration. Mentor engineers, advise leadership on technical direction, and translate strategy into engineering requirements for hardware and systems.

Lead mechanical design for chemical rocket systems: create concepts, perform hand calculations and CAD designs, conduct structural/thermal/fluid analysis, coordinate design reviews, oversee vendors and manufacturing transitions, develop assembly/test instructions, execute hands-on assembly and testing, analyze data, and drive risk mitigation and cross-functional communication.

Lead systems engineering for rocket engine and thruster programs: translate mission needs into requirements, develop architecture and V&V plans, manage trade studies and risks, support tests and reviews, and align customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams through delivery.

Operate lathes, mills, and grinders to produce rocket propulsion hardware; perform metrology inspections; maintain equipment; assemble parts; follow QMS and safety procedures; troubleshoot machining issues; mentor colleagues and provide feedback on drawings to improve manufacturability.

Mentor engineers, develop LabVIEW (including FPGA/Real-Time) applications, integrate sensors and instruments, manage hardware-software interfaces, enforce software standards, and champion safety and long-term system reliability.
