Conducts quality control reviews of IRB, staff, recruitment, subject-facing, translated, generic, and site modification documentation. Verifies accuracy against primary sources and compliance with internal standards, federal regulations, and timelines. Communicates errors and missing information to Research Services staff, manages daily priorities, escalates workflow concerns, and suggests process improvements. Supports team development and performs delegated tasks with attention to detail, sound judgment, adaptability, and integrity.

Manages complex, cross-functional IT projects from planning through completion. Responsibilities include decomposing work, estimating effort, coordinating stakeholders and team members, maintaining schedules, tracking tasks and decisions, reporting status, managing risks, facilitating meetings, and ensuring success criteria are met. The role also provides project leadership without direct managerial authority, resolves escalated issues, and identifies process improvements.

Implement clinical research software solutions for new customers by analyzing current processes, mapping future-state workflows, documenting business requirements, and developing use cases. Serve as a subject matter expert on clinical research applications, integrations, reports, and best practices. Collaborate with customers, project managers, internal teams, and prospective clients on enhancements, Statements of Work, RFP responses, and implementation milestones.
