The Business Systems Analyst serves as a liaison between business teams and the Business Systems team, translating business needs into system requirements and facilitating process improvements in clinical research operations.

Support delivery of GxP consulting services focused on Good Clinical Practice for investigator sites. Assist with audits, assessments, inspection readiness, SOP reviews, audit reporting, client communications, and training materials while developing subject-matter expertise and supporting project teams and process improvements. Extensive travel required.

Lead global compensation design, governance, benchmarking, and analytics for enterprise Total Rewards. Build compensation models, run merit/bonus cycles, ensure compliance across regions (including Ireland and India), partner with HRBPs and Finance, and deliver dashboards and scalable processes to support executive decisions.
