Designs, develops, tests, implements, maintains, and supports complex mainframe applications. Translates business requirements into technical solutions, troubleshoots production issues, performs integrations, conducts code reviews, optimizes system performance, and ensures security and governance compliance. The role requires deep experience with COBOL, IMS, DB2, CICS, transactional systems, and enterprise mainframe technologies, while leading technical initiatives and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.

Supports recruitment through job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up. Assists with onboarding, employee documentation, payroll input validation, record maintenance, HR reporting, and employee inquiries about policies, payroll, and benefits. Requires a bachelor's degree and at least one year of HR, recruitment, or payroll administration experience.

Conduct outbound prospecting, qualify leads, schedule meetings, maintain CRM records, and follow up with prospects. Support sales presentations, proposals, market research, competitor analysis, executive coordination, calendars, and special projects. Collaborate with internal teams while helping drive business development and revenue initiatives across LATAM.
