Entry-level retail salesperson supporting DIY customers: sell parts and services, perform battery/wiper installs and diagnostic tests, manage inventory (truck put away, cycle counts, back stock), maintain store standards and cleanliness, perform occasional customer deliveries, and operate POS and parts lookup systems.

Lead day-to-day hub operations including order fulfillment, inventory control, staffing direction, and paperwork. Ensure inventory accuracy, source parts through store/network, manage stocking and cycle counts, and coordinate with managers and drivers to meet company standards and timely fulfillment.

Provide excellent in-store and phone sales service to DIY customers, meet personal and store sales goals, perform basic automotive services (battery/wiper installs, testing), manage inventory tasks (receiving, cycle counts, back stock), maintain store standards and cleanliness, and safely deliver parts when needed.
