Develops and submits grant proposals supporting university priorities and student outcomes. Researches funding opportunities, writes narratives, coordinates budgets and internal approvals, ensures compliance, and serves as the university’s Authorized Organizational Representative. Supervises a Grant Specialist, facilitates proposal committees and cross-campus collaborations, maintains grant records, supports post-award transitions, monitors funding trends, and advises university leadership and campus stakeholders.

Lead design and launch of a new online MSW program focused on rural social work. Responsibilities include curriculum development aligned with 2022 CSWE standards, directing CSWE accreditation, building field education and affiliation agreements, recruiting faculty and students, community partnership development, and teaching/advising beginning in 2027.

Teach undergraduate and graduate licensure courses, supervise field placements, serve on committees, collaborate with local schools, apply technology to instruction, engage in scholarship, perform programmatic assessment, and support recruitment and community engagement. Background in early literacy/science of reading and/or special education required; some travel, evenings, weekends, and online course delivery expected.
