Plans, deploys, monitors, secures, and maintains network infrastructure supporting 911 call center operations. Configures routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and related services; troubleshoots outages; performs upgrades and disaster recovery; maintains network documentation and performance reports; and provides technical support to staff, agencies, vendors, and partner networks. The role includes 24/7 on-call and remote support, multi-location network administration, and collaboration on network design and security compliance.
