Manage and optimize full-funnel digital advertising across multiple self-serve platforms, analyze performance and cohorts, create and test ad creative and landing pages, support website and listings improvements, coordinate sponsor/IRB creative approvals, and recommend new digital trends to grow recruitment and conversions.

Owns high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for clinical and operational roles. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search, and networking; conducting phone screens; coordinating interviews; supporting offers; maintaining accurate Greenhouse records; partnering with hiring managers; and producing weekly recruiting pipeline and diversity reports.

Lead network data management across multi-site clinical trials: supervise 4-6 remote data entry specialists, create SOPs and QC processes, review initial subject data, manage CRIO/EDC systems, analyze data quality and query trends, drive corrective actions and training, support database lock and audit readiness, and collaborate with site, quality, and operations teams to improve data governance and source documentation workflows.
