At AdAction and in the ad-tech industry I love that I am constantly challenged because no two days are going to be the same. There is so much change in the space that it enables everyone to have a voice from the newest employee up to the C-suite.

Since joining the AdAction team, my career has grown significantly. Initially joining the Account Management team as a Coordinator, I had the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the company, the Mobile App Industry, and what it takes to be an exceptional Account Manager. Fast forward to today and I've just hit my seven year anniversary.

AdAction promotes the opportunity to expand my engineering horizons. From tech-related discussions to developing iterative solutions, my colleagues provide enthusiastic support and guidance. Coupled with the encouragement to take ownership of my work, AdAction has cultivated a stimulating environment for innovative and hard-working engineers.

What I love about AdAction is the constant learning. As engineers, we stay up to date with the latest tech, build new processes, and research innovative tools. We also get stipends for books, courses, and conventions. Whether you're new or experienced, there's always something to learn—and AdAction gives you the space and resources to grow.

Work-life balance at AdAction is amazing! As a father of 2, I have a lot of commitments outside the office. Everyone has clear individual & dept. goals and as long as you are achieving those you can structure your day to ensure you don't miss the important things in life. In my 8+ years here I've never missed a single event my kids are involved in.
