Manages employee benefits accounts as the primary client contact, handling policy transactions, renewals, claims support, endorsements, proposals, correspondence, and client data. Coordinates internal service deliverables, supports insurance marketing and sales, maintains agency management records, monitors underwriting requirements, and keeps producers informed. Requires an active Health and Life license, strong organizational and communication skills, insurance knowledge, and at least three years of employee benefits experience.

Serve as primary contact for employee benefits clients, develop coverage strategies, manage renewals and enrollments, ensure compliance (ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA), negotiate with carriers, oversee implementations, mentor junior staff, and use agency tools to deliver strategic benefits advice and client service.

Account Executives manage client portfolios, develop action plans, work with the sales team on client acquisition, and ensure adherence to organizational policies while maintaining strong client relationships.
