Lead and coach teams of Wireless Sales Pros across 3–4 Walmart locations to meet sales targets. Recruit, train, and develop staff, model top-tier sales techniques, drive KPI performance, and collaborate with Premium, client, and in-store leadership to achieve business goals.

Represent OtterBox on the retail floor across a multi-store territory: run live demos, deliver high-energy training for retail associates, drive sales and territory performance, perform light merchandising, maintain displays and inventory, and build lasting relationships with store teams. Travel to stores daily and manage territory independently.

Manage assigned Natural Channel customer business to grow sales, market share, and profitability. Build principal and customer relationships, coordinate retail initiatives and market visits, present strategic sales programs, manage account information and client systems, ensure compliance, and support team collaboration and skill development.
