Own outcomes, implement automation/AI-driven workflow improvements, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, manage timelines/risks/resources, maintain documentation and SOPs, support new systems/platforms, and track performance to drive continuous improvement.

Lead and manage a PMO team to standardize practices, develop systems and documentation, collaborate with IT and stakeholders, create project plans, monitor progress, mitigate risks, and coach project managers to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

Support project managers with planning, tracking, execution, issue resolution, reporting, process improvements, research, and analytics to ensure timely, compliant project delivery.
