Aceable offers a comprehensive package designed around the whole person.
On the benefits side: medical, dental, and vision through, with Aceable covering a meaningful share of premiums. Employees on the HDHP plan receive an employer HSA contribution. There's also employer-paid short and long-term disability, basic life and AD&D insurance, a 401k with company match, and up to 10 weeks of fully paid parental leave (and up to 16 weeks for those who experience childbirth).
