Supports pre-sales engineering through customer demos and proof-of-concept engagements, contributes to product marketing materials, conducts security research on compliance standards, frameworks, threats, and attack vectors, and participates in product testing as the customer voice. The role requires Japanese JLPT N2 certification, a computer science-related degree, strong communication skills, and familiarity with cloud, container, cybersecurity, programming, and compliance technologies.

Assist with monitoring system performance, uptime, and reliability; support incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis; monitor SRE alerts in Slack and report issues; learn cloud platforms; and collaborate with development and DevOps teams.

Support recruitment, candidate screening, interview coordination, onboarding, employee records, payroll inputs, leave tracking, compliance documentation, engagement programs, HR communications, and people analytics dashboards. The 6–12 month trainee program offers mentorship and potential conversion to a full-time HR Generalist role.
