Own major components of the product roadmap for Exchange Manager Pro, a workflow productivity application. Define product outcomes, scope strategic initiatives, write epics, features, and user stories, collaborate with engineering, UX, business analysis, and customer success, and manage releases, training, support materials, and user acceptance testing. The role also supports AI/ML-enabled workflow improvements and requires onsite work in Denver two days weekly.

Processes customer account openings and closings, applies incoming funds, initiates and approves high-value outgoing wires, prepares checks, reconciles bank accounts, and reports balances. The role coordinates with banking partners and Operations, supports client fee collection and inquiries, maintains disbursement policies, and ensures accurate, compliant fund handling. Strong Excel, analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are required, along with the ability to manage high transaction volumes and occasional extended hours.
