Lead regional hydronics fabrication operations across multiple shops, ensuring safety, quality, standardized procedures, workforce planning, and delivery. Collaborate with field, procurement, and labor relations, manage budgets and risks, mentor shop leadership, and support project lifecycle milestones to drive scalable operational excellence.

Lead regional business development and full‑cycle project management for large HVAC and mechanical construction projects. Drive revenue growth, develop bids and client relationships, assign and optimize project teams, mentor Project Managers/Engineers, and ensure contract, scheduling, and project delivery while monitoring market and competitor activity.
