Teams at ACCO Engineered Systems

Serve as single point of contact for HVAC projects: develop business, perform estimating and proposals, manage contracts, budgets, procurement, scheduling, and field coordination. Lead cross-department communication, build client/vendor relationships, mentor staff, and ensure contracted scope, cost control, and successful project delivery. Travel to job sites as needed.

Coordinate technical execution of construction projects with project managers, clients, architects, vendors, and internal teams. Prepare and manage project documentation, perform material takeoffs and bid estimates, oversee procurement and vendor buyouts, track installations and budgets, lead job closeout, support design and value-engineering reviews, and participate in BIM coordination and scheduling to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Lead regional business development and full‑cycle project management for large HVAC and mechanical construction projects. Drive revenue growth, develop bids and client relationships, assign and optimize project teams, mentor Project Managers/Engineers, and ensure contract, scheduling, and project delivery while monitoring market and competitor activity.
