Designs and deploys applications across public, private, and hybrid cloud environments. Develops cloud adoption and migration strategies, implements scalable platform services, manages cloud operations and monitoring, and establishes governance best practices. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize performance, reliability, and security while transitioning legacy systems to cloud-native architectures. The role also embeds RMF processes, vulnerability assessments, cybersecurity controls, infrastructure as code, containerization, and automation into cloud platforms.

Designs, implements, and manages cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, containerized applications, infrastructure-as-code, monitoring, logging, and automated deployment and scaling. Collaborates with development, operations, and security teams to optimize performance, troubleshoot environments, conduct code reviews, and apply security best practices across classified environments.

Administer and troubleshoot Windows, Linux, and AWS cloud systems across multiple classification levels. Implement system configurations, security hardening, firewalls, file servers, monitoring systems, IAM policies, Active Directory, and Group Policy. Develop and modify Ansible automation for infrastructure and configuration as code, integrate platform capabilities, configure AMIs, and provide technical guidance and customer support. Sustain systems throughout the IT project lifecycle in a DevSecOps environment.
