Design, develop, modernize, and deploy Java applications (Spring Boot/Hibernate) for cloud platforms. Support legacy Struts2/J2EE systems, build CI/CD pipelines, implement security/IAM (SAML), troubleshoot distributed environments, and participate in Agile teams to deliver secure, scalable federal solutions.
