Interim field sales role providing short-term territory coverage promoting a neuroscience product to Movement Disorder Specialists and Neurologists. Responsibilities include customer education, territory business planning, KOL engagement, reimbursement support, sales reporting, and frequent travel with temporary relocations. Must meet sales targets while complying with regulations and company policies.

Provide interim territory coverage promoting a neuroscience product to neurologists and movement disorder specialists. Build relationships with KOLs and healthcare teams, educate on product and reimbursement, execute territory business plans, meet sales targets, manage reporting and expenses, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while traveling and relocating temporarily as required.

Lead and develop a team of Area Business Managers to drive regional revenue, market penetration, and patient impact for a rare disease brand. Recruit, coach, and hold the field team accountable; create strategic and tactical plans; use analytics to prioritize resources; partner cross-functionally to align commercial programs; and manage compliance, travel, and regional operations to meet business objectives.
