Conduct outbound prospecting and convert inbound marketing leads into qualified discovery calls. Maintain CRM records, collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to build pipeline, research HR/leave challenges, and follow established outreach playbooks to generate sales opportunities.

Lead and build AbsenceSoft's end-to-end HR function, creating HR strategy, playbooks, and operational processes. Manage HR Business Partners, Payroll, Culture & Engagement, Compensation & Benefits, and Talent Acquisition. Partner with execs, drive automation (e.g., Rippling), improve people metrics (engagement, time-to-hire, attrition), and scale HR infrastructure in a compliance-focused, high-growth SaaS environment.

Leads annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, and variance analysis. Partners with executives, the CFO, Sales, Marketing, and department leaders to provide insights for strategic decisions. Manages and develops the FP&A team, improves reporting processes and automation, supports accounting close activities, and evaluates business scenarios, investments, and partnerships in a SaaS environment.
