Lead sales for Education Solutions selling complex, multiyear facilities and financing solutions to K‑12 and higher education C‑level stakeholders. Develop territory strategy, qualify opportunities, craft proposals/RFP responses, structure financial agreements, and collaborate with operations to deliver bundled technical and financial solutions that address funding gaps.

Oversee and supervise janitorial staff at an assigned site, maintain client relationships, ensure safety and cleaning standards, train staff on protocols and equipment, manage schedules and timekeeping, respond to emergencies, and seek opportunities for billable projects.

Manage assigned buildings and custodial staff including scheduling, training, performance appraisals, budgeting, inventory/equipment oversight, audits, customer relations, regulatory compliance, and special projects to ensure cost-effective, high-quality facility services.
