Develops new business and manages key accounts for grand-format and wide-format color graphics solutions. Responsibilities include full-cycle B2B sales, prospecting, consultative solution design, pricing, negotiation, forecasting, CRM tracking, and client relationship management. The role requires knowledge of printing processes, substrates, finishing, and installation, while collaborating with production teams to ensure profitable delivery. It also involves presenting visual communication solutions, attending industry events, and mentoring junior sales staff.

Operates and maintains UV, latex, aqueous, roll-to-roll, and flatbed grand-format printers. Produces accurate, high-quality output by interpreting work orders, adjusting press settings, troubleshooting equipment issues, performing basic maintenance, and supporting digital cutting and finishing. Handles materials and inventory, documents production activity, maintains a safe workspace, and collaborates with production and prepress teams. Experience with EFI VUTEk or similar grand-format UV printing systems is required.

Oversee print production workflows, schedules, quality standards, team assignments, packing, shipping logistics, material sourcing, and research for new production processes. Manage projects from start to finish, resolve production issues, track deliverables, and ensure timely, high-quality completion. The role requires strong communication, leadership, organization, problem-solving, attention to detail, and intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
