Builds business cases, market-sizing analyses, financial models, and scalable operating frameworks while coordinating Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and Operations. Drives cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution, advises executives, validates customer needs, and identifies opportunities for innovation, acquisitions, and new business models.

Lead enterprise data architecture across AWS and Databricks Lakehouse: design scalable data models, ensure governance and data quality, mentor teams, evaluate and adopt data technologies (Delta Lake, Unity Catalog), oversee large projects and deliverables, and incorporate generative AI to accelerate data modeling and delivery.

Own the roadmap and reporting strategy for Ignite Analyze, leading customer-facing and internal reporting initiatives. Translate ambiguous stakeholder requests into scoped engineering requirements, define success metrics, and partner with Billing, Membership and Operations to deliver reports and dashboards. Coordinate with other Insights Product Managers on shared roadmaps, reusable reporting patterns, and platform strategy while balancing domain needs with broader priorities.
