Serve as a business analyst and ATO support lead for VA OAA applications: gather and translate requirements, maintain ATO artifacts (SSP, POA&M, control narratives), support Section 508 compliance, update system documentation, track compliance status, and coordinate with stakeholders and data governance to sustain the VA umbrella ATO (FIPS 199 Moderate).

Design and implement accessible, user-centered interfaces and graphics for VA OAA applications. Create designs using Bootstrap, jQuery, and centralized CSS; produce assets in Photoshop/Illustrator; ensure Section 508/WCAG AA compliance; remediate accessibility issues; support wireframes and collaborate with front- and back-end developers. Part-time, up to 250 hours/year.

Provide technical leadership for sustaining and modernizing a portfolio of .NET web applications and reports. Develop and modernize code (C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET 4.8), migrate SSRS to Power BI and WebForms to ASP.NET Core, design Azure cloud infrastructure (Databricks, Synapse, Functions, App Services), maintain SQL Server/T-SQL databases, ensure security/ATO compliance and accessibility, and mentor junior developers on task-based government assignments.
